<Invitation to Join the International “Birds and People’s March”>

Dear people from all over the world,
We invite you to join the “새, 사람 행진 Birds and People’s March” — a global solidarity action to protect Sura Tidal Flat and oppose the construction of the Saemangeum New Airport in Korea, a project threatening vital wetlands along the migration route of the bar-tailed godwit (Kūaka).

How to Participate

Gather at least 3 people in your area to film a short march (about 30 seconds) holding a unified placard (see attached pdfs) at a location that represents your community(e.g. landmark).

If only 1–2 people can join, a photo or short video holding the placard and chanting a slogan is fine.

The video starts with self-introduction including who you are and where you are.

We will compile videos from all participating countries into one international solidarity video.
